Bob started working alongside his father in the garage at just 7 years old. His passion for the automotive industry grew quickly, and he advanced through the trade before taking the leap and opening his own collision repair shop in 1991. Over the years, he built a reputation for quality workmanship and dedication to customer service, passing that same passion on to his son, Luke, who now runs the business. With a lifetime of hands-on experience in the automotive industry, Bob has spent decades working in and managing successful collision repair facilities.

Luke has always shown an interest in cars, but he especially enjoys them when he gets to work alongside his father, Bob Millhouse (Owner)! Luke enjoys assisting customers and reassuring them that they are taken care of, so they can focus on what is really important! He takes pride in keeping the business in the family, and looks forward to growing!

Andrea is a UW-Parkside graduate with over 14 years of experience navigating the insurance claims process. She epitomizes kindness, hard work, and professional compassion. Andrea demonstrates a proven track record of excellence in customer service, as well as an aptitude for solving difficult problems. Her handle of your unique claims situations is always met with effective service, and she strives to make your claim as stress-free as possible!

Britany started working at Millhouse Auto Body in 2025. She loves working with customers, and is always interested in learning new skills. Britany enjoys music, and reading.

Eric has been with Millhouse Auto since the beginning! He is our in-house paint-less dent removal technician with 35 years of experience! Eric is a vital part of our success, and loves teaching the younger techs trade secrets!

After learning the trade from a close family friend during his teenage years, David has never looked back! He enjoys teaching & mentoring young car enthusiasts, cultivating his own craft, and watching happy customers drive off in their newly painted car!

Kevin was 14 when he began to really show an interest in cars. With his dad having 56 years in the industry, he was able to learn the ins and outs of the trade! Now, Kevin enjoys bringing customer’s vehicles back to pre-accident condition—maybe even a notch above that!
